Payment in installments with SOISY
How to access the installment payment?
At checkout, choose the SOISY option as a payment method and follow the simple instructions that will be provided. Remember that payment in installments is available only for products with an amount equal to or greater than €200 (also identifiable by the presence of a specific wording with simulation of installment cost, present in the product sheet).
What are the requirements for obtaining the loan?
In order to access the loan, you must:
• be of legal age
• be resident in Italy for at least 3 years
• be a physical person (this is a service reserved for private customers only)
• have a regular and demonstrable income
• have a good credit rating (not having received reports or protests from credit databases).
How many installments can the amount be divided into?
Depending on your preferences, you can select from 3 to 36 installments.
When will I be notified of the outcome of my request?
After answering some questions about your profession and uploading the required documents (Identity Card and Tax Code), SOISY will evaluate your request for funding.
Once you have ascertained your eligibility for financing and approved your application, you will be asked to digitally sign the contract (by entering the code that SOISY will send you via SMS).
Once the contract has been signed, you will receive a confirmation email in which our customer service will update you on the details of your order.
N.B. The order will be processed only if the financing request is approved.
In the event of a negative result (loan request rejected), if you wish, you can still proceed with the payment of the order using a different payment method, repeating the checkout procedure.
What is the interest rate?
The interest rate is variable based on multiple factors. In the product sheet of each product eligible for installment payment (i.e. all products with an amount equal to or greater than €200), you will find a special box with a simulation of installment payment, useful for getting an idea of the amount of the individual installments and the total price.
