D-TEG - Smarty BX1000 Plus is a car video recorder with built-in camera that allows you to record images as a driver feedback system. The BX1000 Plus is ideal for use in private and public vehicles to improve driver and road safety and can possibly aid in insurance claims in the event of an accident. When an impact or sudden braking/acceleration is detected, D-TEG - Smarty BX1000 Plus captures the 15 seconds before and 10 seconds after the event. D-TEG - Smarty BX1000 Plus is the previous model of the new D-TEG - Smarty BX1500 Plus . The new SXVGA (1280x960) high-definition megapixel camera lens records video images in crystal-clear detail. The new internal omnidirectional microphone captures audio recordings along with video (can be turned off in software settings). A video output allows users to view a live video feed on a navigation system or LCD display in the vehicle. Finally, the PC software has been completely redesigned for a better user experience, along with additional features and functions.
