What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order is not suitable, has incorrect items or otherwise, you can contact us from the contact form or send an email to e-commerce@ipmshop.it .
To avoid possible problems with the integrity of the products received, we recommend requesting a "subject signature" from the courier. This will allow you to receive a new item or a refund if you have insured the shipment. If you have not selected the Insurance service and the package is found to be not intact, you can still ask the courier for a "signature with reserve", so that we can indicate the inadequate transport to the courier, customer service will support you in any case.
