Can I add items to my order after placing it?
As long as the order is not in the Shipped status (viewable in the order history ), you will be able to request changes to your order. You can request customer service support via contact form or email at e-commerce@ipmshop.it so that it will be possible to make the requested change. Any refunds or additional payments will be made/requested before sending the Order. If you wish, you can place another order and indicate in the notes to combine it with the previous one. In the case of instant payment, customer service will recalculate the shipping costs by appropriately modifying your order and issuing a voucher or refund if applicable. For payments subject to verification (bank transfer), the same operations will be carried out by customer service, who will then send a payment request via bank transfer, credit card or otherwise (at your discretion) for the additional payment.
