Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

You will be able to monitor and manage your orders directly from the Order History section by clicking on the order for which you wish to request changes. You can independently request the cancellation of the order if it has not yet been processed and prepared. No costs of any kind will be charged for automatic cancellation processes.

Alternatively you can write to us from the contact form or send an email to e-commerce@ipmshop.it . If the status of the Order is Shipped, it will not be possible to request any changes, as your Order has already been entrusted to the courier.
