How to reset your account password?

You can associate each Ezviz account with an email address or a telephone number. If you have lost your password, simply select "Forgot your password" on the Ezviz app login page. A 4-digit Verification Code will be sent to you via email or SMS. Enter the code to complete the process of changing or recovering your password.

A single app and an application for Windows

All Ezviz products can be viewed, configured and managed via the dedicated (free) app, available for iOS and Android. By installing the Ezviz app on your smartphone, just scan the QR code to be online immediately. If you want to view the recordings of your PC camera (for Windows only), frame the specific QR.
