Auto-Assist - Improve energy efficiency in your home

What is Auto Assist?

Auto-Assist is a specific feature of Tado° products that allows both open window detection and geolocation , to discreetly adjust the temperature whether you are changing the air in the house or if you are away. Features such as the Energy Cockpit and Care and Protect also allow you to monitor your bills and boiler, leaving you more time to focus on the important things in life.

Nobody at home?

Auto-Assist Tado° takes action. If you have geolocation turned on, Auto-Assist recognizes if someone is home or will be back shortly. If nobody is at home, no energy will be consumed. If someone is returning home soon, a comfortable temperature will be activated.

Open window?

Auto-Assist reacts immediately. Are you airing your home but forgot to turn down the heat? No problem, Tado° detects open windows and, thanks to the Auto-Assist function, immediately adjusts the heating or cooling, thus stopping unnecessary energy consumption and saving money.

How to unblock the Auto-Assist service

To use Auto-Assist it is necessary to activate it from the App by subscribing to a plan that you can cancel at any time if you are not satisfied.

How to subscribe to Auto-Assist

You will be able to subscribe to the monthly or annual subscription with the possibility of unsubscribing at any time. You'll get a free trial to test the power savings and other benefits of Auto-Assist before paying. To subscribe, simply follow these steps in the app:

1. Go to Settings and select Auto-Assist;
2. Choose your preferred plan and select: Start Free Trial.

Control Tado° remotely using the Tado° app on your smartphone. Set customized schedules and receive reports and advice on how to heat more efficiently to save energy. View all rooms controlled by Tado° in the app. "Care and Protect" constantly monitors your heating system, notifies you of anomalous behavior and helps you resolve any malfunctions yourself.
