Can I return a product?

You can make a return by applying your right of withdrawal, or for a different reason, following the methods described in the Contractual Conditions . Once the request has been received and the return approval has been confirmed, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. You can decide whether to use our (insured) shipping service offered by Customer Service, or arrange for a different shipment for which you will be responsible.

To make a return so that it is approved, we recommend that you respect the following points:

  • Complete packaging | Each returned product must be packaged in its original packaging, intact in all its parts. Packages returned broken or incomplete may be subject to a reduction in the return amount or invalidating the return itself in some cases.
  • Package Contents | This must also be returned in its entirety, otherwise the return may be deducted or considered an invalidating reason for processing the refund.
  • Factory Reset | In some cases, for some products, it may be necessary to perform a factory reset. Otherwise the products will not be usable and accepted for return as they are unusable and unsellable by us
  • Products in optimal conditions | Items returned that are visibly used, with signs of wear will not be considered suitable for return.

For a return under warranty (or under similar conditions), however, IPMShop will provide you with an LDV (waybill), which you will have to print and apply to the product packaging. If, once the return has been received, the problem is found, no costs will be due to you and the agreed refund or replacement will follow.

In the event that an item returned for any of the accepted reasons does not comply with the return policies, the customer may be subject to a charge or return of the goods. In the event of a warranty return that turns out not to be an intervention under warranty, the shipping costs advanced by IPMShop for returning the product will be charged. Any shipping costs to be borne by IPMShop for the new return shipment of the goods not covered by warranty or returned to the customer for other reasons will be at your expense, as they do not comply with the return methods described. The return time for unaccepted returns is a maximum of 7 working days, after which IPMShop will dispose of the product.
