How can I make a return?

You can make a return by applying your right of withdrawal, or for a different reason, by following the methods described in the Contractual Conditions. Once the request has been received and the return approval confirmed, the cost of the return shipment will be at your expense. You can decide whether to use our (insured) shipping service, or arrange for a different shipment for which you will be responsible.

For a return under warranty (or in similar conditions), however, IPMShop will provide you with a LDV (waybill), which you will have to print and apply on the product packaging. If, once the return has been received, the problem is found, no expense will be due to you and the agreed refund or replacement will follow.
