How to place an order on IPMShop.it?

Browse through the categories or use the search function to locate the product of your interest. Once the item has been identified, it will be possible via Click or Touch to access the product page, where the product can be added to the cart with the appropriate button.


How to check the status of my order?

You will be able to check the status of your orders when you wish after registering your account and placing your order in the Order history section.
If you make the purchase as a Guest, you will receive the details via Mail and the unique link to access the Order history section.


Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?

You can monitor and manage your orders directly from the Order history section by clicking on the order you wish to request changes. Alternatively, you can write to us from the contact form or send an email to e-commerce@ipmshop.it . If the Order status is Shipped, it will not be possible to request any changes, as your Order has already been entrusted to the courier.


What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your order is not suitable, contains incorrect items or other, you can contact us from the contact form or send an email to e-commerce@ipmshop.it .

To avoid possible problems with the integrity of the products received, we recommend asking the courier for the "subject to signature". This will allow in the event that you have insured the shipment to be able to send a new item or a refund. If you have not selected the insurance service and the package is not intact, you can still ask the courier for the "subject to signature", so that we will be able to indicate to the courier that the transport is inadequate, the customer service will support you in any case.


Do you offer the option to return or exchange an item?

You can return the products purchased on IPMShop.it in the cases indicated in the Contractual Conditions , within the established times. In any case, even if you do not fall within the conditions of possible return for the right of withdrawal or otherwise, contact us by email at e-commerce@ipmshop.it we will try to satisfy your request in any case.


Do you accept international orders?

During the checkout on IPMShop.it it will be possible to enter the desired address, the system automatically interfaces with the affiliated couriers, immediately showing the exact cost of shipping for the selected products. Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?

In some cases the prices dedicated to resellers and companies could be different and show lower prices than those intended for customers. However, we reserve the possibility for necessity or planning to offer reserved discounts. Can I add items to my order after placing it?

As long as the order is not in the status Shipped (viewable in the order history ), you can request changes to your order. You can request support from customer service via the contact form or email at e-commerce@ipmshop.it so that it will be possible to make the requested change. Any refunds or additional payments will be made/requested before sending the Order. If you wish, you can place another order and indicate in the notes to combine it with the previous one. In the case of instant payment, the customer service will recalculate the shipping costs by appropriately modifying your order and making a voucher or refund if applicable. For payments subject to verification (bank transfer), the same operations will be carried out by customer service, which will then send a payment request by bank transfer, credit card or other (at your discretion) for the additional payment.


What if the item I want to buy is out of stock?

It is not possible on IPMShop.it to view the current stock for a single product, but by selecting the desired quantity, the system will immediately notify you of a longer time to have the desired product in the indicated quantity if it is not in stock.

On IPMShop.it we allow users to select the desired quantity of products even if they are not available, as we regularly carry out restocking orders (usually 3-5 days unless otherwise indicated). For this reason it will be possible to order in most of the desired quantities of the products for which the restocking is foreseen. To avoid doubts or misunderstandings, we have included the restocking notice of non-stock products also during the Checkout phase inside the cart, so as to avoid possible unwanted waits.


Do you accept cash on delivery payments?

Check the section dedicated to the available payments to identify the one you want. At the moment we do not accept cash on delivery payments for orders placed on IPMShop.it


How can I use a promotional code during my order?

During the Checkout phase, in the cart on the right there will be a section dedicated to entering promotional codes. If the discount has been entered by customer service, it may be automatically applied to your next order and visible in the cart as already entered and valid for the current order.
