Destinations available
IPMShop.it through affiliated couriers is able to ship worldwide (where served by partners). During checkout you will be able to enter the address, if there were no carriers available for the selected address, this will be immediately communicated.
Shipping costs
Shipments on IPMShop.it include the cost of order preparation, packing material and delivery by carrier to the address you selected. Costs start from €8.99 including VAT for national shipments and depend from time to time on the products added to the cart.
Pick up on site
During checkout you can select collection on site. IPMShop.it has its logistics headquarters in the province of Milan, in the Cesano Boscone area. The exact collection address will be communicated to you via email once your order is ready for collection. Visit the Contractual Conditions to find out the methods and delegation.
Shipping Times
Once the order has been placed, it must be prepared before being entrusted to the carrier for transport and delivery. In the Contractual Conditions you can find described processes and times. Shipping times vary from 12h to about 4-5 days for national shipments, for international shipments it depends on the address selected, but they will always be visible and selectable according to your needs during checkout.
Shipment tracking
An email for tracking your order will be sent to the email address used during registration on IPMShop.it. Alternatively, registered users will be able to check the status of their orders and related tracking from the Order History in the personal area.
Shipping Insurance
During checkout it will be possible at your discretion to insure your order, which covers the shipment in case of theft, loss or damage.
IPMShop.it recommends order insurance in order to avoid inconveniences during transport, for which IPMShop.it is not responsible, consult the Contractual conditions for more information.
Order preparation
IPMShop.it has been committed since the beginning to use recycled, recyclable, low-impact packaging materials in terms of creation / disposal / recycling that are in line with the Green logic. We could do even more and we will do it to respect the environment and guarantee the best packaging solutions for the packaging of your orders. Your orders will travel in cardboard packages with shockproof paper packaging material, the use of plastic and its derivatives is reduced to the bare minimum. Each order is prepared with the utmost attention and with the intention of guaranteeing delivery even in the event of knocks or falls.
Recipient absent
If you are not present at the address indicated at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt delivery on the following working day. We always recommend entering your telephone number when ordering in order to allow the carrier to call you in case of delivery.
Change address
For any need, you can send an email to e-commerce@ipmshop.it requesting a change of shipping address. This will only be possible if your order has not yet been entrusted to the carrier. Any change of address could involve costs communicated in advance if the order is in the status of "Preparation in Progress", as the transmission of data and the request have already been forwarded to the carrier.
